GREECE - CYPRUS

Geniki Taxydromiki 
For domestic shipments within Greece, we employ by default the services of Geniki Taxydromiki courier, ensuring a "next day delivery" service. For Cyprus we ensure a 5 working day delivery service. However, please note that certain exceptional circumstances, such as remote locations, adverse weather conditions, holidays, and weekends, may affect the delivery timeframe. It is important to consider these factors.

The shipping fees are subject to variation based on the shipping destination and the weight and dimensions of the shipment. Our website is equipped with an automated system that calculates the shipping charges upon completion of an online order.

In addition, we offer the convenience of payment on delivery as an option for shipments within Greece and Cyprus, applicable to orders up to the value of €1500.

Box now
For shipments within Greece, customers have the option to select "Box Now" as their preferred shipping method. To utilize this service, during the checkout process of your online order, please select "Shipping via Courier - Pickup from nearest store." In the provided remarks section, kindly indicate "Shipment with BOX NOW" followed by the address of the locker nearest to your location. It's important to note that the Box Now service is applicable only for shipments weighing up to 20KG and with dimensions not exceeding 36x45x60cm.

Taxi beat
We are pleased to inform you that for shipments within the Attica Region, we offer also a convenient delivery option through Taxi beat, a trusted transportation service. With this service, you can expect to receive your order within a maximum timeframe of 2 hours, ensuring a prompt and efficient delivery experience.

To further streamline the process, payment for the delivery costs will be made directly by you to the Taxi driver upon arrival at your designated location. This allows for a seamless transaction and provides you with added convenience.

Should you prefer to use your own shipping forwarder, kindly be aware that you assume responsibility for any damages that may occur during the transportation process. Also be aware that the booking for the pick-up should be done by you after payment is cleared.

We exclusively utilize the services of DHL Courier for shipments within Europe. Customers have the option to select either the standard 5-working-day service or the express 2-working-day service, depending on their preference. It is important to note that certain exceptional circumstances, including adverse weather conditions and holidays, may occasionally result in delays. We kindly request your understanding in such situations.

The shipping charges for European shipments are determined based on the shipping destination and the weight and dimensions of the shipment. Therefore, fees may vary accordingly.

Please be advised that payment on delivery is not available for shipments within Europe. We kindly request that you arrange for payment prior to the shipment being dispatched.

While we understand that some customers may prefer to use their own shipping forwarder, we must emphasize that any damages incurred during transportation will be the sole responsibility of the customer in such cases. The shipping charges are determined based on the shipping details rather than the billing information.

For shipments to Cyprus, we offer "Cash on Delivery" as an additional payment option to facilitate easier transactions. Please be aware that this option is applicable only for orders with a total value of up to €1,500.

Upon receiving an order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the contents for any signs of damage. If you identify any damaged products, it is crucial to notify us immediately on the same day of receipt and provide us with photographs of the affected parts. We consider delays in reporting damages as unacceptable.

IMPORTANT: We offer same-day shipments for orders placed by 13:00 (local time) every day. Orders submitted after 13:00 will be processed on the following day.

We would like to emphasize that delays in shipments, whether caused by suppliers, transport companies or unforeseen circumstances, are beyond our control.

If you wish to initiate a cancellation of an order due to significant delays in shipment, we are obliged to engage with the manufacturer-supplier to process your request. Should the order have already undergone preparation, production, or shipping, it typically becomes non-cancelable. Our protocol in such instances adheres strictly to the policies set forth by our manufacturer-supplier. In the event that an order is deemed non-cancelable, any deposit made towards the order cannot be refunded.

If the order is not cancelable by the manufacturer-supplier and you elect to cancel the order, please be informed that the deposit amount will be retained and cannot be utilized for future orders.

However, if the manufacturer-supplier grants approval for the cancellation of the delayed order, we will promptly issue a refund of the deposit to your designated account. The refund will be issued solely for the product or products experiencing delays and will not encompass the entirety of the remaining products within the entire order.

It is pertinent to note that our standard shipping practices are designed to minimize delays, and significant delays are defined as exceeding 15 working days from the specified delivery dates. Minor delays, such as those spanning 5 or 10 working days, may arise due to production constraints or logistical challenges. Consequently, we must disclaim any liability associated with such delays.

Custom clearance
For orders destined for countries outside of the European Union, customers are required to bear the cost associated with custom clearance at the border of the respective country.
